Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and a list of items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Pack your railing components in their original protective packaging to prevent scratches or structural damage during transit.
Ship to Warehouse
Affix the provided RMA label to the exterior of your package and ship the items back to our distribution center via a carrier with tracking capabilities.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies that the components are in resalable condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
